Press the Directional Key ( ) up, down, left, or right to scroll to and highlight menu options. calls handsfree To activate the handsfree speaker during a call, press and hold the Speaker Key (h) on the left side of the phone. Your phone will show Speaker Phone On. calls emergency calls To call an emergency number, open the slider, enter the emergency number, and press ¯. Your service provider programs emergency phone numbers, (such as 911), that you can call under any circumstances, even when your phone is locked. Emergency numbers vary by country. Your phone’s pre-programmed emergency number(s) may not work in all locations, and sometimes an emergency call cannot be placed due to network, environmental, or interference issues. 16

(You’ll need to play the whole ringtone before you can set it as an ID.) 5 Press to select the ringtone, then touch Save to save your changes. Tip: You can use this same process to change the Msg Ringer ID. Note: You won’t hear ring
