3.2 HEART RATE MONITORING THE LIFEPULSE SYSTEM To use the treadmill’s Lifepulsesystem to check the heart rate during a workout, grasp the stainless steel sensors on the TM Ergo front handlebar. Two sensors are located on each of the handlebars. Contact must be maintained with all four sensors to obtain a heart rate. 4 THE WORKOUTS 4.1 WORKOUT OVERVIEWS The following workouts are preprogrammed for the Life Fitness Treadmill.
