Troubleshooting 1. Unit does not operate at any speed setting: • Polarized cord must be fully inserted in wall outlet. Turn the humidi- stat control fully clockwise, then return to the desired setting. • For use as an air purifier only, turn the humidistat fully clockwise to the lock-on position. • Check the airflow path. 7. Water bottle leaks: • If the cap leaks after filling, remove the cap and inspect the bottle rim and gasket. Wipe any mineral deposits off the bottle rim and the cap gasket. Tighten the cap securely. • If the water valve leaks around the rubber stopper after filling, empty the water bottle and inspect the stopper. Mineral particles may pre- vent full closure.
