Auto-Sync Time Clock The Auto-Sync Time Clock can be synchronized from a National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) NTP (Network Time Protocol) time server, or ® internal time server via Ethernet connection (see Figure 1-1). All communication with the Auto-Sync Time Clock is via a network TCP/IP connection. Remove the AC power line from the back of the clock with the transformer at the end. You may have to cut a couple of plastic wire ties to do this. 11.
