1. MOUNTING NOTICE Do not apply paint, anti-corrosive sealant or contact spray to coating or plastic parts of the equipment. 1.2 Mounting the Antenna Unit of MODEL1824C 1.2.1 Mounting considerations When selecting a mounting location for the antenna unit, keep in mind the following points. • Install the antenna unit on the hardtop, radar arch or on a mast on an appropriate platform. (For sailboats, a mounting bracket is optionally available.)
