PUK and PUK2 codes (8 digits): The PUK (Personal Unblocking Key) code is required to change a blocked PIN code. The PUK2 code is required to change a blocked PIN2 code. ■ Configuration settings service To use some of the network services, such as mobile Internet services, MMS, or Synchronisation, your phone needs the correct configuration settings. ■ Using the spinner You can use the spinner, for example, to enter characters, scroll through different lists, and browse messages. To use the spinner, rotate it clockwise or counter-clockwise. The middle selection key is located in the centre of the spinner. For example, in standby mode you can use the spinner as follows: Press and hold the middle selection key to enter a phone number. Rotate the spinner to scroll to a digit of the phone number in the character bar that is shown at the bot

■ Standby mode When the phone is ready for use, and you have not keyed in any characters, the phone is in standby mode. 1. Shows the signal strength of the cellular network at your current location. The higher the bar, the stronger the signal. 2. Shows the name of the network or the operator logo to indicate in which cellular network the phone is currently being used. 3. Shows the battery charge level. The higher the bar, the more power in the battery. 4. The upper selection key in standby
