TRAILER/STROLLER ASSEMBLY To attach axle to shell WARNING: This product uses nylon lock nuts to help eliminate loosening of fasteners from vibration of trailer/stroller. When tightening lock nuts, the bolts must extend through the nuts completely. Step 1. Place folded frame on floor with seat A portion facing up (Figure A). FRAME ASSEMBLY Step 2. Undo the two buckles on the sides and at the front end of the G trailer/stroller (Figure G). Then fold down fabric to expose the framing (Figure H). Machine screw, nut, spacer and washer will be attached to the side support rails (Figure I). Undo the machine screw, nut, spacer and washer from the side support rails (Figure J). WHEEL ASSEMBLY Step 3. To attach rear wheels, line up the M hole in the frame with the axle on the rear wheel (Figure M). Then, insert the axle through the hole on the frame (Figure N). Then, insert locking pin through the hole in the axle (Figure O). Then, lock the loop end over the other end of the pin (Figure P and Q). Repeat for other side of the Wheel Axle trailer/stroller. TOW BAR ASSEMBLY Step 4. To unfold tow bar, undo locking R S pin that is already inserted in the frame and the tow bar Locking Pin (Figures R and S). PROPER USE OF SEAT BELTS WARNING: Avoid serious injury, always use Y seat belts. Please Note: For the following instructions see Figure Y. Step 1.
