Programming Alarm System Features All programmable alarm features are accomplished by turning the ignition key on (or starting the vehicle) and flicking the valet switch on and off a preset number of times. 1. Remove the alarm from Valet Mode. Programming cannot be accessed while the alarm is in Valet Mode, indicated by the LED on solid red. 2.
