BASIC OPERATIONS (CONT.) 16. Using the Built In Sampler Your PRO DJ3 comes with a built in sampler. You may store up to six samples per a disc on the SIX CUE BUT- TON (2). Your sample can be a maximum of 2.6 seconds in length. A sample can be recalled while a CD is play- ing, while the CD drive is in PAUSE MODE, or even without the CD in the player. BEFORE SWITCHING OFF THE POWER • When you have finished using the CD player, and before switching off the power, be sure that the disc holder has been closed with the OPEN/CLOSE button (see figures 18 & 19). • TRAY PROTECTION: If tray is not closed after 60 seconds, it will close automatically and pause.
