INSTAll ATION n Mobile Installation Tapping screw 1 Clean and dry the installation location. n Power cable connection (PG-5J) Fixed Station In order to use the PG-5J for fixed station operation, you will need a separate 3.8 V DC power supply that must be purchased separately. Note: Do not plug the DC power supply into an AC outlet until you make all connections. Mobile Installation Be sure to use a 2 V vehicle battery that has sufficient current capacity. BASIC OPERATIONS (RC-D710 + TM-V71) SwITChINg ThE POwER ON/ OFF Press the [ ] switch to switch the transceiver ON. Press the [ ] switch again to switch the transceiver OFF.
