MENU 8 Setting TV Channels for the First Time The TV/VCR can memorize the channels you receive in your area. If you are using a Cable Box or Satellite Box, you do not need to set channels at the TV/VCR. Set the TV/VCR to POWER SLEEP/WAKE UP the output channel of the Cable Box or Satellite Box (chan- nel 03 or 04). Then select the channel to be viewed on the Cable Box or Satellite Box. MENU 12 Setting the Clock Set the clock accurately for proper timer recording. If a Public Broadcasting Station (PBS) is available in your area, follow Auto Clock Setting below.
