Do one of the following: – If you hear two beeps, speak toward your phone. – If you hear Intercom ringing, lift the handset. To dial a co-worker over the Intercom: 1. Press INTERCOM. 2. Dial your co-worker’s extension number. – If you hear Intercom ringing, wait for your co-worker to answer. – If you hear two beeps, your call has voice-announced. Go ahead and speak.
