Transferring Calls - If the selected extension is ringing or busy and you do not wish to stay on the line Press RELEASE (3) The caller is transferred to the ringing extension. Speed Calling Frequently used extension or outside telephone numbers may be saved for automatic dialing. To organize a number for speed calling Before you save a number, follow the given example and write down long numbers exactly as you would dial them. Conference Calls A conference call may include up to seven parties. To set up a conference call Press TRANWCONF (1) The call is placed on temporary hold.
