Setting handset date and time 1. Press the OK button [7] to enter the menu. The LCD will display: “PHONE BOOK”. 2. Using the button [6] select the “HANDSET” menu item. 3. MAKING CALLS Making calls 1. Press the CALL button [4] and wait for dial tone. The LCD [2] will light and show the “EXT” symbol. 2. Dial a number using the dialing buttons [11]. 3. Answering external calls – On incoming call the base unit [12] and the handset [1] will start ringing. The “In Use” indicator [14] will flash.
