2 - Installation Install the Sync Card Install the Sync Card 1. Unwrap the Sync Card if you have one and get ready to install it. 2. Connect the ribbon cable provided with the kit between the E-MU 0404 card and the Sync Daughter Card as shown in figure 3. The cable is keyed so it cannot be incorrectly inserted. Seat the connectors firmly in the sockets and arrange the cable neatly. 3. Align the Sync Card with the slot and press gently but firmly down into the slot as shown in figure

4 - The PatchMix DSP Mixer Overview of the Mixer Mixer Window The Mixer consists of four main sections. Application Toolbar Lets you manage sessions and show/hide the various views. Main Section Controls all the main levels, aux buses, and their inserts. This sec- tion also has a “TV” which shows parameters for the currently selected effect and the input/output patchbay. It also shows the session’s current sample rate and whether the Digital Audio System is set to internal or external clock.
