About the Power Supply • Do not use an AC adapter other than the one supplied with the scanner. Other adapters may damage the equipment. • Avoid plugging in numerous devices to the same electrical outlet. If possible, plug the scanner into a dedicated outlet. The Scanning Unit Lock The scanner is shipped with the scanning unit locked to prevent damage during transport. You must unlock it to use the scanner. Unlocking the Scanning Unit 1.
