HS81 CUT-OFF SAW — ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS During the assembly procedure of the cutting arm to the main body; and prior to the final tensioning of the drive V-belt , it is essential that the drive V-belt is properly positioned around the crankshaft pulley (also see Figure 7). HS81 CUT-OFF SAW — ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Reversing the Cutting Arm Procedure This assembly procedure permits the operator to reorient the cutting blade closer to a wall, column NOTE and/or object. HS81 CUT-OFF SAW — ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Reverse the cutting arm 180 degrees as shown in the Figure 19, and re-tension the V-belt by turning the belt tensioning cam . The V-belt should remain in tension. Fully tighten the three nuts and washers that lock the V-belt into the proper tensioning position. Figure 19.
