® Phaser 350 Warranty Tektronix warrants that the Phaser 350 will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment and that the Maintenance Cartridge in the Phaser 350 will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of shipment or six months where longer periods are required by law. Chapter 1 Introduction Overview ® The Tektronix Phaser 350 Color Printer uses Tektronix’ solid ink-jet technology. Solid ink-jet refers to the melting of the solid inks inside the printer which then resolidify quickly as the image is transferred onto paper. The ink hardens so rapidly that it does not have time to bleed into the paper, so the printed colors remain brilliant and well-defined.
