3.2 Rear Panel 420 and 650 VA 1000 and 1400 VA The input power connector is a power cord with a NEMA 5-15P connector. The output power receptacles are NEMA 5-15R type. For best results, charge the battery for 4 hours before use. 5. Operation 5.1 Switch On — Switch Off With the UPS plugged in, press the on/off/test button to supply power to the loads. 10. Replacing the Battery This UPS has an easy to replace hot-swappable battery. You may leave the UPS and loads on for the following procedure. 1. Grasp the top of the front cover and tilt it out and down. 2.
