PC-Doctor for Windows PE The PC-Doctor for Windows PE diagnostic program is preinstalled on your hard disk drive. It is part of the Rescue and Recovery workspace on each Lenovo computer to diagnose hardware problems and report operating-system-controlled settings that can cause hardware failures.
