Chapter 4. IBM Enhanced Diagnostics The IBM Enhanced Diagnostics program uses a full range of diagnostic utilities to determine the operating condition of the computer’s hardware components. You can run the IBM Enhanced Diagnostics from the Access IBM Predesktop Area on your hard disk. Alternatively, you can create a bootable IBM Enhanced Diagnostics diskette from the Access IBM Predesktop Area.
