Hickory Industries, Inc. 1.9.2 Changing the Pilot Orifice 1. To reach the pilot burner, open the sliding glass doors, the sliding or hinged metal door, remove all spits, as well as all ceramics. 2. Before removing, mark the position of the support bracket on the side wall. 3. Loosen the pilot burner assembly by removing the two screws which attach each pilot burner (support bracket) to the main body of the machine. 4.
