Chapter 1: Introduction Onboard Controllers/Ports An onboard IDE controller supports up to four UltraDMA/100 hard drives or ATAPI devices. Onboard I/O backpanel ports include one COM port, a VGA port, two USB ports, PS/2 mouse and keyboard ports and two GLAN (NIC) ports.
