Reset the adaptor before sending it for servicing. After your master adaptor is serviced, you must register all your terminals to the master again. Re-register the master and terminal after resetting the master. 1. Confirm that the mode selector of the master adaptor is set to MASTER and the MASTER indicator is lit green. 2.
