Docking an iPod An iPod nano or iPod shuffle (2nd Generation) can be connected to the unit via the headphone-type pin on the front of the unit. To connect any other iPod, use the Line Input on the back of the unit. Connecting an iPod using the Line Input requires a 3.5mm mini-phono cable (not included). MENU Line Input 1.
