USING AS A STAND MIXER 1. Place Mixer Stand on a large secure surface. Make sure the surface is clean and dry so the feet will hold the unit securely in place. Turn the Speed Control Switch on the Hand Mixer to the OFF position, see FIGURE 2. 2. Insert stem of Beater/Dough Hook into the opening on the underside of the Hand Mixer Tray, see FIGURE 3. Turn slightly if needed to lock into place. Note: It is necessary to insert the Beater/Dough Hook with the hexagon shaped collar into the hexagon sha
