MIXING GUIDE CARING FOR YOUR MIXER Please keep in mind that the various mixing tasks and related speeds, listed in the CLEANING YOUR MIXER following table, may vary slightly from recipe to recipe. To clean the mixer, wipe the mixer head, stand and turntable with a damp cloth, then dry.
