IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS Before you use your Wine Cooler, please read this owner’s manual carefully. Use this appliance only for its intended purpose as described in this owner’s manual. OPERATING PROCEDURES & MAINTENANCE Cleaning Your Wine Cooler Upon installing your wine cooler, it is recommended that it be cleaned thoroughly. 1) Turn the temperature control to “0”, unplug the unit, and remove the bottles and shelves. 2) Wash the inside with a damp warm cloth containing water and baking soda solution. The solution should be about two tablespoons of baking soda to 1 quart (32 oz) of water. 3) Wash the shelves with a mild detergent solution. 4) Make sure the door gas
