ContRols Recoil Starter Grip IMPORTANT INFORMATION Do not let recoil cord snap back by itself. This may damage the cord or the recoil starter assembly. ContRols Throttle Control The throttle control regulates the engine speed and thereby the rate of rotation of the blades, assuming the blade engagement control is engaged (pulled up).
