BEFORE OPERATION CHECK YOUR MOWER Blades 1. Turn the engine OFF and turn the fuel valve to the OFF position (see page 28). 2. Disconnect the spark plug cap from the spark plug (see page 46). 3. BEFORE OPERATION Engine Oil Level Check the engine oil level with the engine stopped and the mower on a level surface. 1. Remove the oil filler cap, and wipe the dipstick clean. 2. Inset-t and remove the dipstick without screwing it into the filler neck. Check the oil level shown on the dipstick. FILLER CAP/DIPSTICK 3.
