CONTROLS Controls Throttle Lever FUEL OFF - Closes the fuel valve. SLOW - For idling the engine. FAST - For restarting a warm engine and for LE mowing. CHOKE - For starting a cold engine. CONTROLS Flywheel Brake Lever This lever is connected to the engine flywheel brake and the ignition switch. The engine will not start and run unless this lever is pulled back. FLYWHEEL To start the engine, pull this lever BRAKE back, and hold it against the LEVER / handlebar while operating the recoil starter. Continue to hold the lever against the handlebar while mowing. Handlebar The handlebar is adjustable to a high, middle, or low position. Select the height that provides the most comfortable operating position. Adjusting Height 1.
