Operation Throttle-Choke Lever (ECXHN21) Located on the left side of the handle bar . T he lev er is used to control engine speed. Mo ving the throttle to the full forw ard (Chok e) position will place the lev er in the c hok e position. T he c hok e aids in star ting a cold engine .
