Extreme heat diminishes the charge on the battery; extreme cold slows the available power and extends the time needed to recharge the bat- tery. Keep the batteries fully charged whenever possible and protect the bat- teries from extreme heat or cold. WARNING! Always protect the batteries from freezing and never charge a frozen battery.
