Prolonged use of the handset can lead to neck, shoulder, or back discomfort, especially if you cradle the handset between your ear and shoulder. To adjust the display contrast using the volume controls: Repeatedly press (UP) or (DOWN). Note: You can use this method only when the phone is idle.
