8 Attach the Lock Bracket to the bottom of the Mounting Bracket.  Temporarily move the bottom of the Mounting Bracket outwards. ✍ • If the bottom of the Mounting Bracket does not move, loosen the screws (return to step 7).  Insert the pins of the Mounting Bracket through the holes of the Lock Bracket.
