INTRODUCTION > STARTING YOUR HANDHELD AND CALIBRATING THE SCREEN Starting Your Handheld and Calibrating the Screen The first time you start the iQue handheld, setup instructions appear on the screen. These instructions include a calibration screen, or digitizer. Calibration aligns the internal circuitry of the handheld with its touch-sensitive screen so your handheld can detect stylus taps correctly. INTRODUCTION > RESETTING YOUR IQUE Resetting Your iQue You may need to perform a reset if your handheld no longer responds to stylus taps or button presses. A soft reset allows your handheld to get a fresh start, similar to rebooting a PC. All records and entries are retained after a soft reset. To perform a soft reset: Use the stylus to press and release the Reset button inside the hole on the back of the handheld.
