WARNING FILLING THE LP GAS CYLINDER: • Allow only qualified LP gas dealers to properly fill or repair your LP gas cylinder. • New tanks should be purged prior to filling; inform LP gas dealer if you are using a new tank. • DO NOT allow the cylinder to be filled beyond 80% capacity. Over-filled tanks can create a dangerous condition. Over-filled tanks can build-up pressure and cause the relief valve to expel propane gas vapors. INDIRECT COOKING: • Indirect cooking is the process of cooking your food without the heat source being directly under your food. THE SINK: • Attach a standard garden hose to the supply line and a spigot to provide water for the faucet. Turn on the water supply to the garden hose. COOKING GRILLS • Clean with mild soap detergent and water. A brass bristled brush or a nylon cleaning pad can be used to remove residue from the cast iron cooking surface.
