GETTING STARTED • The DVD player is equipped with composite Audio/Video (AV) outputs located on the rear panel (yellow/red/white). Your TV will require at least one set of AV inputs. GETTING STARTED HDMI Connection (Upconversion) HDMI (High Definition Multimedia Interface) is a new type of connection that transmits digital audio and video signals simultaneously over a single cable. The HDMI jack of the DVD player is capable of outputting upconverted DVD video at resolutions up to 1080i (1080-interlaced). Connect the player’s HDMI output to a TV with HDMI input (re- quired).
