www.jacksonmsc.com 22. Once the drive hub bolt & bearing are removed, loosen the set 25. Set the gear reducer on a flat surface. The drive hub needs screw on the drive hub. There is no need to remove it. tobe removed. You have already loosened the set screw, but it may take some more effort to remove it. You may have pry it off, or give it some taps with a mallet to coax it off of the shaft. The liberal use of spray lubricants will also help. Loosening the set screw with the 1/8 allen wrench. 23

www.jacksonmsc.com AFTER MAINTENANCE ACTIONS Reconnect the incoming water (if disconnected) and turn on. Then restore power to the unit. Run the unit for at least 10 min- utes, running an empty rack through the machine to ensure that it is carried all of the way through. If you hear any grinding sounds while the motor is running, immediately shut off the unit and secure power and water. There is a serious problem that must be addressed.
