Notes on SD card In this camera, the SD memory card is used for the storage medium. In this instruction manual, the SD memory card is called “SD card”. Pay attention to the following notes on handling the supplied SD card. Cautions • SD card includes a non-volatile semiconductor memory (NAND Flash EEP-ROM). Loading and Removing the Batteries This camera uses two size AA batteries. Manganese batteries cannot be used. Before loading the batteries, be sure to read “Notes on Batteries” on page 12. Loading the Batteries Important • When an AC adapter is connected, check that the power is OFF. • If batteries are loaded when the termination is not operated correctly, the camera may not start up properly.
