Operation Temporary Tone Dialing If you have pulse (rotary) service, you can changefr om pulse to touch tone dialing during a call by pressing TONE*. Thisis useful if you need to send touch tone signals to access telephone banking or long distance services. Once you haveinitiated your call by dialing the phonenumber in pulse (rotary), press TONE*.
