Description of Air Filtration System ® How the HEPAtech Plus Air Purifier System Works As the air is pulled into the purifier, the activated carbon pre-filter absorbs odors and catches ® large particles. Air Purifier Maintenance Cleaning Your Air Purifier Proper maintenance of your Hunter Air Purifier will help ensure years of trouble free service. Air Purifier Maintenance To change the filter and reset the Filter Life Counter: 1. First, turn off and unplug the air purifier. 2. Next, remove the front grill. Place your fingers under the handle on the grill and pull forward, then up. Refer to Figs. 4 and 5 (pg. 6). 3. Gently pull on the filter to remove it from the unit.
