5. OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS SET UP AND MOUNTING 1) Spread the tripod legs (A) and set the tripod on a firm support. Loosen the adjustment screw (B) to place mounting platform (C) in horizontal position, then rotate the screw to lock mounting platform. 2) Position mounting shoe (D) of the spotting scope body on the platform (C) then tighten mounting screw (E) to firmly lock spotting scope body on the platform. 3) Remove protective lens cap (F) on the objective (G) lens.

6. STARTING OBSERVATION USAGE WITH FIXED POWER EYEPIECE 1. Loosen the adjustment screw (H) and point your scope objective lens to the target you want to view. 2. 7. CARE FOR YOUR SPOTTING SCOPE To clean the lenses, use a soft bristle brush to whisk off dust and dirt and then use soft cloth moisture with alcohol. Wipe lenses from center outward and avoid touching the lens, as fingerprints will smear the lens. To clean body parts, use a soft cloth with warm water and a mild soap to remove dirt. Do not dismantle the spotting scope or the eyepieces. If they need repair or adjustment, please contact the dealer in your country. 7
