CONNECTING DRILL PRESS TO POWER SOURCE POWER CONNECTIONS A separate electrical circuit should be used for your tools. UNPACKING AND CLEANING Carefully unpack the drill press and all loose items from the carton. Remove the protective coating from the machined surfaces of the drill press and all loose items. DRILLING HOLES TO DEPTH A D C Where a number of holes are to be drilled to exactly the same depth, a depth stop is provided in the pinion shaft housing (A) Fig. 27, and is used as follows: 1.
