About This Document This document explains the configuration and administration of the SpectraLink 6020 Wireless Telephone (the handset) using the Handset Administration Tool, a software utility developed by Polycom for this purpose. SpectraLink 6020 Wireless Telephones are supported on SpectraLink 6000 Systems (WTS) using the SpectraLink 6100 Master Control Unit (MCU) or the SpectraLink 6300 MCU.
