GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS/EXTENSION CORDS GROUNDING INSTRUCTION This generator should be grounded to help prevent accidental electrical shock. Shown below is a picture of the grounding lug supplied on your generator. Drive a 3/4" or 1" diameter copper pipe or rod into the ground close to the generator set.
