STEP 1 : Rear Stabilizer & Seat Back 1. Attach the Rear Stabilizer (7) to the Main Frame (1) with the four Hex Head Bolts ( 65) and four Flat Washers (84). Preset Programs The fitness bike has five different programs that have been designed for a variety of workouts. These five programs have factory preset work level profiles for achieving different goals.
