Supplies and Adjustments Filling the Fluid Bottle When the fluid bottle is empty, it will pop up from the well, displaying a red stripe. You must refill the fluid bottle or envelopes will not seal. To refill the fluid bottle: 1. Lift the fluid bottle up from the well. 2. Unscrew the cap. 3. Refill the fluid bottle with E-Z Seal® solution.
