BASIC OPERATION 1. OPENING AND CLOSING THE DISC TRAY This is an electronic operation and can only work when the power is on. Press the OPEN/CLOSE BUTTON (18) to open or close the disc tray. Pressing the PLAY/PAUSE BUTTON (16) with an audio CD inserted will immediately start playback. BASIC OPERATION 13. PITCH BEND This function will momentarily increase or decrease a tracks playback speed using the (-) & (+) PITCH BUT- TONS (10). The maximum pitch bend percentage allowed is +/-16%. The pitch bend function will work in conjunction with the PITCH SLIDER (8) pitch setting.
