PORTABLE FILTER OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS A. PREPARING THE PORTABLE FILTER 1. Remove screen from over tubes/element with tongs or a Drain Clean Out Rod (See Figure 1.1). SCREEN OVER TUBES/ ELEMENTS WILL BE VERY HOT AND SHOULD BE MOVED TO A SAFE PLACE. 2. Heat fryers to 325°F.
